Shipping Policy

Cannabuddy stands for excellent customer experience and believes in transparency. For your convenience, here are the terms and conditions for our shipping policy: 

1. All confirmed orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. After the order is dispatched from our end, it should get delivered between 3-9 working days. A longer waiting time is usually because of the geographical location, high volume of orders, or public holidays. 
2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as well as a live tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. 
3. Cannabuddy is a global brand, hence you are requested to write to us at cannabuddyindia@gmail.com so that we are able to serve you seamlessly. 
4. Cannabuddy delivers through trusted courier partners, and there is no obligation to deliver a shipment personally. 
5. Cash on Delivery is available in limited areas. If you are not situated in the serviceable area, Cannabuddy will only be able to go through with the shipment on a pre-paid basis via the best payment alternative available. 
6. In the rare instance of receiving a damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package to apply for a claim. Keep the original packing intact and preserve the damaged goods as is.
